A night where pasta takes center stage

We’re excited to be hosting our first Winterlicious Culinary Event at Parcheggio, led by Chef Andrew Piccinin! From pasta extruder demonstrations and hands-on cavatelli making, to a delicious three-course feast, this is an event you don’t want to miss. The Nitty Gritty:

Kicking off at 6pm, the evening will begin with a round of welcome drinks. Chef Andrew will get things started by demonstrating how to mix, knead and roll the perfect pasta dough. Next, he’ll show guests how Parcheggio cooks use their pasta extruder to produce the perfect noodles. Guests will then have the chance to get their hands dirty when Chef teaches the group how to make short noodles using a wooden cavatelli board, which is theirs to keep. He’ll also share tips, tricks and trivia about this history of pasta-making, and all the different shapes and techniques.

After all this pasta talk, everyone will have worked up an appetite. At 7pm, guests will be seated for a three-course dinner with wine, featuring the two different noodles previously demonstrated, and of course, an Italian-style dessert. Each guest will go home with a cavatelli board, freshly extruded noodles, and plenty of new pasta knowledge!
