We’re excited to offer a variety of interactive pasta classes at Parcheggio! Led by Executive Chef Andrew Piccinin, these hands-on lessons bring together traditional pasta-making techniques with helpful tips that will have cooks of all levels ready to whip up a bowl handmade noodles. Since guests are sure to work up an appetite, each class will be followed by a three-course dinner. Wine and cocktails will also be available for purchase onsite.

Pasta Making 101 — Tuesday, February 25

$92 (includes tax & gratuity, excludes alcohol) per person
6–9pm

Join us at Parcheggio as Executive Chef Andrew Piccinin guides you through the art of pasta making. He’ll demonstrate how to mix, knead and roll the perfect pasta dough. Guests will have the chance to get their hands dirty when Chef teaches the group how to make short noodles. Guests will then be seated for a three-course dinner featuring handmade and freshly extruded pastas, and an Italian-style dessert. Wine and cocktails will be available for purchase onsite.


Nonna’s Gnocchi Masterclass — Tuesday, March 24

$92 (includes tax & gratuity, excludes alcohol) per person
6–9pm

Join us at Parcheggio as Executive Chef Andrew Piccinin guides you through the steps of making two variations of gnocchi: classic ricotta gnocchi and Roman-style semolina gnocchi. Following the lesson, guests will be seated for a delicious three-course dinner, featuring both types of gnocchi and an Italian-style dessert. Wine and cocktails will be available for purchase onsite.
